We are an independent wine merchant (as well as the only independent wine shop in Norwich) with a substantial range of wines and spirits.
Two things that make our service extra special and personal are diversity and individuality. We have a huge range of wine and can accomodate all kinds of wine lovers, from those who want £5 per bottle everyday drinking wines to collectors who may pay in excess of £1000 for a single bottle. Our individuality stems from both our exclusive range of "non branded" wines, and the fact that we treat our customers as individuals.
The key to this is that our staff are knowledgable about all levels of wine, yet are friendly and proficient with dealing with people of different backgrounds on a personal level.
We do not stock "branded" wines and instead carefully source our wines from producers who put their money and effort into actually making the wine instead of making sure it's well advertised and stocked wall to wall on supermarket shelves. As a result, the wines we supply have more character and individuality instead of being mass produced and bland.
We hold regular tastings, both in our shop in the center of Norwich and elsewhere and pride ourselves on going the extra mile to help out customers with their requests, whether they need a wine tasting organised, or are looking for an extra special gift (like a specific vintage wine from the year of your wedding).
Our mail order service is superb, and can deliver a case of wine anywhere in the UK next day if required in a hurry. We keep a record of all the wine in mail order cases that have been sent out and have the facility to keep records of peoples opinions, welcoming feedback on our wine whether good or bad.
The "tailored gift service" we offer gives people complete customisation of their gift experience, enabling the recipient to have engraved bottles, special gift cards, wooden presentation boxes and much more.
