This Bordeaux pours a deep ruby red, with a soft fine aroma of red berries. It is full bodied and dry, with all the fruit and earthy forest flavours you would expect from the region. The taste is full in the mouth lingering to a nice dry redcurrant that lingers at the finish.
This is a nicely balanced wine and would be the perfect accompaniment to roast beef, red meats or even the traditional steak and kidney pie, where the complex and full body will expand further with the food.
