A very light straw in colour, this wine oozes the aroma of elderflower, gooseberry and summer fields. It is a medium bodied wine that is full of fruity freshness, revealing further guava, butterscotch and almond tastes to an already full nose. A beautiful finish, slightly tart and refreshing. Serve cold, but not over chilled as it needs to be around 10c so that the subtle flavours are not lost. (most fridges are 2-4c so be warned)
Easily worth four times it price, and would be at least that if in a restaurant.
