In the mouth it is smooth, blending fruit with sweet vanilla, floral rosemary and chocolate notes on the palate. The finish is long and rounded, slowly letting the flavours fall away. Not bright and lively as you may expect for such a young wine, this is a really good drink that works with most meat and spicy food. Michel Torino Coleccion wines are young and fruity wines, well structured and intense in colour and aroma, which showcase the grape varieties and the terroir. The vinyards are located at 1700 meters in the Cafayate Valley, in the North of Argentina. At this height, the thermal swings between day and night are wide, and the exposure to the sunlight intense.
